We want you to feel fully confident in your purchase.

Returns:
If you’re not completely happy with your Pilates reformer, you can request a return within 60 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unassembled, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.

How to request a return:
Contact our team at support@getpilates.store with your order number and reason for the return. We will guide you through the process.

Return shipping:
Unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days to appear on your account.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us as soon as possible.
